Overview
Senior Property Solicitor role in the Cotswolds for a growing residential property team. You will manage high-quality conveyancing matters and collaborate across the firm to support growth. The position offers hybrid working, leadership development, and a chance to influence the strategy of the Property team. You will work on high-value residential cases and help shape the team’s direction.

Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of residential property matters (freehold/leasehold sales & purchases)
- Handle transfers of equity, remortgages, and new build transactions
- Tackle high-value and complex residential matters
- Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to deliver excellent client service
- Support team growth and participate in strategic direction of the Property team
- Work with hybrid schedule (two to three days in office)
Key requirements
- 5+ years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
- Strong technical expertise across core residential property matters
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Ability to manage files independently and efficiently
- Proactive, collaborative, commercially aware approach
