Creative Lead

Overview

In this role you will serve as the day-to-day design lead within a top UK architecture practice, pushing boundaries with creative input during pre-planning across office and mixed-use projects. You will be positioned for future partnership and design review involvement, contributing to high-impact schemes while shaping the studio’s creative direction. This is suited to a senior architect ready to accelerate their career within an established, design-led environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead design input during pre-planning stages for office and mixed-use projects
• drive creative innovation and high-quality design outcomes
• work closely with clients and colleagues to shape project briefs and concepts
• support progression towards design review panel and partnership opportunities
• represent the practice as a respected design authority in early project phases

Key requirements

• considerable experience in office and mixed-use sectors
• senior level (currently Associate or Associate Director)
• strong design leadership and reputation with clients
• ability to push design boundaries and deliver innovative concepts
