Overview

As a Banking Management Consulting Manager in Accenture’s Banking practice, you will lead business and technology transformation programs for Retail and Commercial Banking. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to shape large-scale initiatives, build business cases, and steer complex programs to deliver enterprise value. You’ll engage with clients, contribute to the Banking offering, and help accelerate technology-enabled change in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Solution design and planning for technology-enabled programmes translating client needs into engineering solutions
• Project and programme management within governance frameworks, leading multi-disciplinary teams
• Develop business cases to realize enterprise value with modern software engineering
• Contribute to business development including opportunity identification, proposals, and commercial negotiations
• Contribute to developing Accenture Strategy and Consulting Banking offerings, assets and thought leadership

Key requirements

• Experience in Retail or Commercial Banking in advisory, operational, or leadership roles
• Strong client-facing experience and ability to build client relationships
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and structured, analytical approach
• Consulting experience or ability to work in a consulting environment
• Willingness to travel/longer client engagements within UK and Ireland
• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
