Senior Quantexa Data Engineer – Manchester / Hybrid

Overview

In this role you design and build robust Quantexa-based data pipelines and configure Quantexa components to support client engagements. You lead the technical development and data engineering efforts for established clients, working with cross-functional teams. You will apply Spark, Scala and Python Databricks to deliver scalable data solutions, with opportunities to grow through training and progression within a prestigious brand. You drive impact in data integration and solution delivery in a hybrid Manchester setting.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust data pipelines and Quantexa components
• Lead technical development of Quantexa-based solutions
• Coordinate and support client data engineering or integration projects
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure successful engagements
• Contribute to architecture and deployment of data solutions

Key requirements

• Certified Senior Quantexa Data Engineer
• Significant experience leading data engineering or integration projects for established clients
• Strong knowledge of Spark, Scala and Python Databricks
• Experience with DevOps / CI/CD pipelines is advantageous
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes is beneficial
