Overview
In this role you will support efficient HR administration across the employee lifecycle with a focus on HR systems, data quality and process improvement. You will work closely with HR colleagues to streamline processes, improve data accuracy and deliver a better employee experience. The position sits within a system-focused team that drives upgrades, testing and automation. You’ll contribute to impactful HR projects that enhance service delivery and governance.

Responsibilities
- Provide first-line HR support to employees, managers and HR teams
- Manage employee lifecycle administration (onboarding, changes, promotions, leavers)
- Produce contracts, letters and maintain accurate employee records (GDPR compliant)
- Maintain and update HR systems (e.g. SuccessFactors), ensuring data accuracy
- Support system changes, upgrades, testing and issue resolution
- Produce HR reports and support data analysis and audits
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
- Support HR projects, system implementations and continuous improvement initiatives
Key requirements
- Experience in an HR Administrator, Coordinator or Shared Services role
- Strong experience using HR systems and managing employee data
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines
- Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills
- A continuous improvement mindset with an interest in systems and processes
- Desirable: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors
- Involvement in HR systems projects or system upgrades
- Knowledge of payroll and benefits processes
- Understanding of GDPR and HR data governance
