Team Lead – Community Mental Health & Carers Support

Change Mental Health is seeking a Team Lead to drive delivery of community mental health and Carers Services across Fife and Perth & Kinross. The role blends hands-on leadership with direct clinical practice and involves supervising staff, managing referrals, and supporting carers to maintain wellbeing.

You will lead teams, supervise staff, manage caseloads where needed, and work with partners to strengthen pathways and demonstrate impact. Some evenings/weekends may be required.
