ANP/ACP: Acute Care Clinician with Home Visits (North Leeds)

Menlo Park Recruitment is helping a North Leeds practice recruit an ANP or ACP to join a forward-thinking MDT. The role is permanent for 3-5 days per week, with 15-minute appointments and a mix of telephone and in-person clinics.

The successful candidate will see patients of all ages, perform on-site 15-minute slots, and complete 3-4 home visits daily without extended hours, supported by a multidisciplinary team and NHS pension.
