Director of Clinical Services — Lead Mental Health Care Teams

Priory Hospital Newbury is seeking a Director of Clinical Services to lead nursing and therapy teams, ensuring safe, high-quality clinical delivery and overseeing budgets across two wards. You will report to the Hospital Director and shape clinical strategy with a patient-centred focus.

This senior role requires strong leadership, governance oversight and a commitment to continuous improvement within a level 2 rehabilitation service for adult males. Permanent, full-time, 37.5 hours per week.
