The Role:

We have a new leadership opportunity in Worcestershire and are seeking an experienced, dynamic and inspirational Registered Manager to lead our purpose-built, four-bed Children’s Home, supporting children and young people with disabilities. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a well-resourced and settled service. You will inherit an established team and play a key role in developing the service further, supporting recruitment, staff development and the creation of a positive, child-centred culture where children can thrive.

As Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the leadership, management and development of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care and regulatory compliance are maintained at all times. You will be experienced in children’s residential care and safeguarding practices and have knowledgeable about the Children’s Homes Regulations, Quality Standards and all relevant legislative frameworks.

You will be passionate about making a lasting difference to children and young people withdisabilities and be creative and solution-focused. You will also be highly organised with a strong attention to detail and be driven by excellence and continuous improvement

We will support your continuous development starting with a level 5 Qualification.
