Job Description: Our client is seeking an experienced Small Animal Vet Surgeon to work across two established branch sites, providing high-quality medical and surgical care within a supportive clinical environment. This full-time opportunity is best suited to a veterinarian with at least three years of experience who enjoys a varied caseload and wants to continue developing their interests in both routine and more complex cases.
The role offers exposure to soft tissue surgery, orthopaedics and a broad mix of consulting work, supported by experienced veterinary and nursing colleagues. Clinical resources include digital radiography, in-house biochemistry and haematology analysers, plus Doppler and oscillometric blood pressure monitoring. The position also includes a 1-in-6 weekend rotation at a nearby 24-hour hospital, alongside a limited on-call and Bank Holiday commitment.
Qualifications Needed:
- Qualified MRCVS with at least three years of post-qualification experience
- Confident in consultations, diagnostics and routine surgery
- Strong communication skills with a client-focused approach
- Comfortable working across two branch sites
- Collaborative mindset with a commitment to high clinical standards
