Genomic Data Scientist – Cancer Variant Discovery

Genomics England is seeking a Genomic Data Scientist for a 12-month fixed-term contract, based primarily in our Canary Wharf office with some hybrid working. You will analyze germline and somatic variants for our cancer pipeline, developing high-quality, reusable code and leveraging Python and R.
