Practice Development Nurse | Travel & Education Lead

Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board invites applications for a Practice Development Nurse to join our community hospital team on a 12-month fixed term contract, working across all community sites and travelling between locations as service needs dictate.

This role focuses on education, teaching, staff development and improving patient care quality. You will empower teams, identify learning needs and deliver meaningful education across multiple sites, with flexibility to travel as required.
