Impactful Adult Social Worker (1-Year FTC)

Wokingham Borough Council is seeking a qualified Social Worker to join the All Age Continuing Care and S117 Support Team on a full-time, 1-year fixed-term contract in Wokingham. You will assess adults and carers, provide advice, coordinate funding, and work with health partners to secure the right support.
