ESNEFT is inviting applications for a Band 7 Lead Community Nurse based in the IP4 Ipswich East Integrated Neighbourhood Team, at Constantine House. The role is a fixed-term, full-time post for 10 months, providing day-to-day leadership and clinical guidance to the nursing team.
You will lead on service development, enhance clinical leadership skills, and work with other band 7 nurse leads within Area 4 to ensure safe, high-quality community care for patients, carers and families.
