Dream Medical is seeking an enthusiastic and positive individual to join a strong clinical team in a busy GP Surgery as a qualified Advanced Nurse Practitioner.The current team is extremely friendlyYou will be an autonomous practitioner working both independently and in conjunction with other health care professionals. You will have a Minor injury and illness qualification and the ability to maintain and monitor high standards of care.Car park within a 5 minute walk & the surgery is served by several bus routes.Day to day responsibilities will include: assessment, diagnosis and treatment of acute presentations and referring to other members of the primary and secondary health care teamRequirements:NMC Registration & PinV100/V300 prescribing qualification
