As an Advanced Practitioner, you will be responsible for:

- Providing expert guidance and support to junior staff and students, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Engaging with multi-agency partners to coordinate effective interventions and services for children and families.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., DipSW, BA/MA Social Work).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- A minimum of 3 years’ post-qualifying experience in child protection or related fields.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage complex situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with children, families, and professionals.
