Qualified Social Worker – Community CMHT, Dorset (Locum)

Tripod Partners is seeking a Qualified Social Worker for a Community Mental Health Team in Dorset. The role is a locum/agency position paying £32-£35 per hour, full-time 37 hours per week, working with adults with complex mental health needs across Dorset.

You’ll carry out Care Act duties, assessments, and reviews, operate within a multidisciplinary team, and undertake community and home visits, with a focus on person-centred care and safeguarding.
