Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Senior Community Nurse (Band 6) for the WIN Nursing Team in Poulton-le-Fylde. The post is a permanent role working 30 hours per week, across a 7 day service with 5 shifts. Driving licence and car access are essential.
