The Avenue Surgery in Warminster is seeking a proactive clinical pharmacist to join our dedicated team, focusing on repeat prescribing, medication reviews, medicines optimisation and improving care for our practice patients. You will be in a patient-facing role to assess and treat patients using specialist knowledge of medicines across disease areas.
The role includes CPPE pathway enrolment and development towards non-medical prescribing if not already qualified.
