Laboratory Operations Lead (Maternity Cover)

UCL Ear Institute is seeking a proactive Laboratory Manager (Maternity Cover) to lead day-to-day management of shared laboratories and facilities. You will ensure safety, compliance and efficient operation while collaborating with academic, technical and professional services colleagues.

The role offers leadership experience within a research-intensive environment and opportunities to support innovative science and education at UCL. London-based, fixed-term 13 months.
