Overview of the Real Estate Solicitor role

We are currently working with a well-established and growing law firm who are looking for a talented and motivated Real Estate Solicitor with 2-4 years’ PQE to join their Birmingham office.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Real Estate Solicitor looking to develop their career within a supportive and collaborative team, while taking ownership of their own caseload and building strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities of the Real Estate Solicitor will include

• Managing your own caseload and delivering high-quality fee-earning work.
• Advising clients across a broad range of real estate matters.
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Taking ownership of matters from instruction through to completion.
• Contributing to business development, networking and marketing initiatives.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider team.
• Keeping up to date with relevant legal developments and best practice.
• Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory and firm procedures.

Required experience/qualifications of the Real Estate Solicitor will include

• 2-4 years’ PQE in real estate law.
• Strong commercial awareness and sound negotiation skills.
• Experience managing your own caseload and taking ownership of matters.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively to deadlines.
• Good IT skills and a professional, organised approach.
• A genuine desire to develop professionally and contribute to the continued growth of the team.
