Investment Associate: Deal Origination & Analysis (East Midlands)

Mercia Asset Management plc is seeking an Investment Associate to support the origination, execution and monitoring of investments across the East Midlands. The role involves market research, due diligence, and preparing investment papers for Committee review, with frequent travel to portfolio companies and partner locations.
