Hospitality HR Manager — Hands-On People Partner

Nelson Hotels Ltd. is seeking an experienced HR Manager to deliver day-to-day HR operations and support managers across five sites. The role covers the full employee lifecycle, ER case handling, recruitment support and ensuring consistent HR practices throughout the business.

The successful candidate will be hands-on, pragmatic and commercially aware, with hospitality experience and ideally Level 5 CIPD. Occasional travel across all sites is required.
