Safeguarding in Education Officer — Hybrid Luton

Safeguarding in Education Officer role based in Luton Council. You will support and challenge education settings to maintain safeguarding standards, delivering training, guidance and safeguarding policies, and building partnerships across agencies.

You will engage with senior leaders, coordinate multi‑agency work, respond swiftly to safeguarding concerns and advise on safe recruitment and practice to help keep Luton’s children safe.
