Strategic HR Advisor: Employee Relations in Logistics

GXO Logistics, Inc in Avonmouth is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to support a busy operation. You will advise managers on employee relations, help with absence management, recruitment, and employee lifecycle activities, and partner with trade unions as needed.

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday 09:00–17:00, with a salary up to £40,000 per year and a benefits package including pension, private medical and dental insurance, and access to wellbeing and discount programs.
