Social Worker – Adult Care & S117 Specialist

Wokingham Borough Council is seeking a qualified Social Worker to join our Adult Social Care Team on a full-time, 1 year fixed term contract in Wokingham. You will support adults and carers to live the life they choose, focusing on strengths and independence.

You will work within the All Age Continuing Care and S117 Support Team, collaborating with health colleagues and partners to secure funding, coordinate assessments and deliver the right support.
