We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Social Worker to join our Response & Rehabilitation Team in the vibrant boroughs of Richmond and Wandsworth. This pivotal role requires a compassionate professional who can effectively support individuals and families in crisis, ensuring they receive the necessary resources and guidance to navigate complex situations. As a Senior Social Worker, you will lead assessments, develop intervention plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote positive outcomes for our clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of client needs and risks.
- Developing and implementing tailored intervention plans.
- Providing direct support and guidance to clients and their families.
- Supervising and mentoring junior staff and students.
- Collaborating with external agencies and stakeholders to ensure holistic care.
- Maintaining accurate and timely case records in compliance with legal and organizational standards.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, MA in Social Work).
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- A minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in a relevant social work field.
