Senior Social Worker – Hospital Liaison & Safeguarding Lead

Wokingham Borough Council invites applications for a Senior Social Worker to join our Hospital Liaison Team in a full-time, permanent role. You’ll supervise colleagues, guiding and supporting them to grow, while ensuring the quality of our work.

The Hospital Liaison Team works closely with people, families and professionals to support safe hospital discharges and help people regain independence, within legal frameworks and a strength-based approach.
