Senior HR Advisor – Casework & Coaching (12mo)

Westmorland and Furness Council is seeking a HR Advisor to join the HR Advisory team in Carlisle or Workington. You will provide expert advice on employee relations, support managers, and ensure compliance with employment law and council policies.

In this role you will coach managers, oversee casework, and help deliver a high-quality, customer-focused HR service across the council, working with Legal Services and Organisational Development to drive improvements.
