Desk-Side IT Support Technician

HITACHI ENERGY UK LIMITED in Stafford area is hiring an OSS Technician to deliver desk-side IT support for on-site staff. The role involves resolving IT issues that require physical intervention and coordinating with IT teams to ensure timely incident resolution.

Initial training will occur in Birmingham with a view to opening a Stafford office. The position is office-based, Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week, with potential nationwide travel. Sponsorship for visas is not available.
