Senior Network & Communications Architect

Cyngor Caerdydd/Cardiff Council is seeking an ICT Network Specialist to build and maintain the council’s network and communications services across the organisation and schools. You will manage performance, resolve faults, and implement secure, scalable network solutions in a dynamic environment.

You will work with the ICT Service Desk to handle incidents and contribute to service improvements while mentoring colleagues and ensuring high-quality end-user experiences.
