Financial Crime Investigator (Telephony & Due Diligence)

Nationwide is recruiting for a Financial Crime Investigator to join a new telephony-based team. You will carry out due diligence, investigate high-risk cases, and manage escalations with direct customer contact in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll balance investigative work with customer interaction, work in a hybrid setup with regular Gosforth site presence, and contribute to embedding new team processes across the UK estate.
