Edwards Legal Recruitment seeks an Employment Solicitor for a specialist practice in Sussex. You will manage 2+ years PQE across contentious and non-contentious matters for employers and employees, including tribunal work and drafting contracts and settlement agreements.
You will advise executives on negotiating contracts, bonuses and incentive schemes, while handling TUPE, data protection, and disciplinary procedures for a range of clients.
