Regulatory Investigations Officer – 12 Month FTC

Livevacancies is seeking an Investigations Officer on a 12-month FTC maternity cover to progress FtP complaints from receipt through investigation to final hearings where applicable. You will manage interim orders, IO reviews and liaise with lawyers and external parties to ensure timely, high-quality case progression.

The role requires robust written and verbal communication, sound judgement, and the ability to work under pressure with a customer-centric approach.
