A well-established and growing high-street law firm in Reigate is looking to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its expanding team.
This is an expansion role, with the successful candidate handling a varied commercial property caseload for businesses and clients across Reigate, Dorking, Leatherhead and the surrounding East Surrey / West Sussex area.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing your own commercial property matters from instruction through to completion, with minimal supervision.
The role offers a high degree of autonomy and would suit someone who enjoys working closely with clients and wants to build a strong profile within a local and growing practice.
About You
We’re ideally looking for someone with around 4-5 years’ PQE in commercial property, although candidates with more or less experience will be considered.
You could be a:
- Commercial Property Solicitor
- Legal Executive
- Experienced Commercial Property Lawyer
You’ll need to be confident managing your own caseload from start to finish and be comfortable working with minimal supervision.
A client following is not essential, although candidates with an established local client base or strong billing history are encouraged to apply.

The ideal candidate will live within approximately 30 minutes of Reigate, with candidates from East Surrey, West Sussex and the surrounding areas encouraged to apply.
