Litigation Counsel – Counter Fraud (RTA Claims)

Keoghs LLP is recruiting for an ambitious NDA File Handler to join our Counter Fraud division. You will manage a litigated caseload of suspected fraudulent motor claims, working with insurers and Lead Lawyers to develop litigation strategies and secure outcomes for clients.

The role focuses on RTA claims, including staged fraud, misrepresentation and other fraud typologies. Bolton-based, with 35 hours/week and office attendance.
