A top regional legal 500 law firm in Cambridgeshire are seeking a new Solicitor to join their Commercial property team. This firm have taken a leading stance in the Cambridgeshire region with their Real Estate being one of the best around.

Responsibilities

• Managing freehold and leasehold acquisitions, disposals, and portfolio management
• Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing commercial leases, lease renewals, and licenses for landlords and tenants
• Conducting thorough title investigations and preparing reports on title
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships with local businesses, investors, and developers

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with ideally 2 or more years experience
• Solid technical background in commercial property law and landlord/tenant matters
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships
• Proven ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently and effectively
