Fitness Club Manager: Lead & Grow (Mon–Fri, £40k+£10k)

Love Recruitment International is recruiting for a Cluster Manager in the Peterborough area for a leading fitness operator. The role is hands-on, with responsibility for a cluster of clubs and regular travel.

You will manage General Managers and Trainers, drive brand standards, and lead commercial initiatives to grow memberships and add-on services. A track record in fitness management and a PT qualification is preferred.
