Luxury Home Customer Experience Lead

Fawkes & Reece Group is recruiting for a Customer Relations Manager on site in Twickenham to oversee the customer journey from reservation through to completion. The role requires experience with luxury builders and can span sales or customer service/relations.

The successful candidate will work closely with the on-site Sales Team to ensure a seamless, 5-star experience, manage customer queries and handovers, and foster strong relationships with site teams throughout the move‑in process.
