Store Operations Experience Lead

The Home Depot is seeking an Operations Experience Manager to lead the Order Fulfillment team, ensuring accurate receiving, picking, staging, and safe, efficient store operations. You will coach staff on SOPs, safety, and service standards while supporting MOD responsibilities and store leadership priorities.

You will drive performance through training, talent development, and adherence to SOPs, while partnering with managers to execute opening/closing procedures and daily priorities.
