Scottish Power invites applications for an HR Performance & Improvement Analyst. Based in Glasgow with hybrid working (3 days in office), the role focuses on financial, operational and process improvements across HR and Health & Safety, including budgeting, reporting and stakeholder support.
The candidate will lead improvement initiatives from diagnosis to implementation, leveraging SAP, Excel and Power BI, and will work across Purchasing, Administration and external suppliers to drive value.
