Hybrid Customer Experience Advisor (Financial Services)

Aberdeen is recruiting for a Customer Service Adviser in Edinburgh. You will be the first point of contact for advisers and customers via telephone and digital channels, ensuring timely and accurate responses from 9:00am to 5:00pm.

The role focuses on delivering great service and supporting digital adoption. You will handle outbound requests, respond to queries after training, and contribute to improving customer journeys while working with colleagues to achieve positive outcomes for clients.
