Proposal Coordinator – Defence Bids (Hybrid)

Northrop Grumman UK is seeking a Proposal Coordinator in Cheltenham (3 days onsite) to support a surge in opportunities and growth. You will assist the Head of Bids and collaborate with BD, Capture and Bid teams on frameworks, proposals, data analysis and reporting to ensure compliant, high-quality submissions.

The role requires experience in tender processes, government/defence sectors, and strong reporting skills, with security clearance eligibility and UK nationality.
