Theatre F&B Manager: Lead Hospitality & Revenue

Theatre Royal & Royal Concert Hall, Nottingham, is seeking a proactive Food & Beverage Manager to lead the hospitality operation across The Yarn Bar, foyer and concession bars. You’ll drive sales, maximise revenue and shape the F&B programme while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will develop a high-performing team, work closely with the General Manager and contribute to a busy events calendar with a hands-on leadership style and a focus on operational excellence.
