Hospitality General Manager: Lead a Brand-New Café Bar

Loungers is recruiting a hands-on General Manager to lead Remo Lounge, a brand-new site. You’ll recruit, coach and manage the opening team, ensuring exceptional hospitality and community engagement.

The role offers a 48-hour contract with a 40-hour option, a bonus scheme, overtime pay, and strong internal progression. As GM you’ll drive GP, labour and stock controls, while building strong relationships with guests and neighbours.
