Systems and Customer Relations Manager Neighbourhood Services relies on effective systems, responsive customer services and clear accountability for the experience residents receive. As Systems and Customer Relations Manager, you will bring these areas together, using feedback, data and improvement activity to help deliver efficient services and better outcomes for our communities. Reporting to the Assistant Director Neighbourhood Services, you will lead teams covering systems and improvement, customer relations and neighbourhood administration. You will also oversee off-street and limited on-street parking, including the parking enforcement contract, combining people leadership, service improvement, performance management and operational responsibility. About the Role: This varied role combines strategic improvement with day-to-day delivery. You will contribute to service plans, strategies and projects while remaining accountable for customer experience, systems, administration, parking services, budgets, team performance and health and safety across the relevant service areas.
- Develop systems, policies and ways of working that improve efficiency and service delivery.
- Lead customer services and Customer Liaison, turning complaints and compliments into learning.
- Manage administration, parking services and the parking enforcement contract.
- Build capable, motivated teams and promote a positive culture of improvement.
- Use performance and financial data to manage budgets, risks and service outcomes.You will hold a Level 5 leadership and management qualification, or bring equivalent significant experience, and have a full driving licence. You will have experience of managing people and resources, applying risk assessments and working with customer services and system development. You will understand current health and safety requirements, confidently use Microsoft Office, interpret performance information and communicate clearly.
