The Perfume Shop in High Wycombe is seeking an organised and collaborative Design Operations & Production Manager with hands-on design experience to join our Customer team and help deliver high-quality work efficiently.

You will own prioritisation, workflow and production rhythm across the Brand & Creative team, coordinating with partners and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of campaigns across digital, print and in-store activity. Hybrid working offered.
