Assistant Head of School, Alternative Provision (Hybrid)

School of Outdoors is seeking an Assistant Head to lead our growing Alternative Provision in the UK. You will work closely with the Head of School to oversee programmes, staff and compliance, and to re-engage young people in main education settings.

The role is full-time (37.5 hours) with flexible patterns, based in High Wycombe with travel to other sites as needed and up to three days per week from home. It offers a permanent contract and a pension that grows with service, with a clear route
