Healthcare Training Manager (Hybrid) – Lead & Develop Teams

ExamWorks Group in Bolton is seeking an experienced Training Manager to lead a busy training team within a fast-paced healthcare environment. The role is hybrid, with 2-3 days on site and responsibilities spanning planning, stakeholder engagement, and performance oversight.

You will own operational delivery of training, supervise Trainers, coordinate programmes, monitor progress, maintain records, and drive improvements to ensure an excellent learner experience and compliance across the business.
