• Remains calm, consistent, and solution-focusedwhen pupils find learning difficult.
• Believes that attendance, engagement, andachievement are everyone’s responsibility.
• Has high expectations and refuses to give up onyoung people.
• Wants to be part of a team working to improvepupils’ outcomes and future opportunities.
